MV Agusta says the F3 RR presents muscle at any angle. I have to agree. This is one handsome motorcycle.
The F3 RR features plenty of attractive stats and specs, but it’s the way the bike looks that will make this thing a winner. It’s beautiful.
Its chiseled design complete with carbon fiber trim and a roughly diamond-shaped headlight will haunt my dreams. But there’s plenty more to love about this bike than just its looks.
MV Agusta F3 RR – Beauty and Beast
MV Agusta obviously knows how to make fast bikes. Every machine the company sells will put your hairs on end, and the F3 RR fits right in with the rest of the Italian Rowdy Bunch.
So, the numbers. This bike has a 147 hp “Trepistoni” three-cylinder engine with a displacement of 798cc. It can do 149 mph flat out. It’s a quick machine for an 800.
MV Agusta also endowed the F3 RR with GP aerodynamics. The company put the bike through some careful study in the wind tunnel to ensure the design of the bike was slippery through the air.
Additionally, the bike gets a new IMU inertial platform that was built specifically for MV Agusta. This enables precise control of the bike depending on the lean angle.
Other tech includes a 5.5-inch TFT panel that interfaces with the MV Ride app, enabling turn-by-turn navigation and more. Continental provided the ABS for this bike and it’s connected to the IMU. Together they give the F3 RR front lift control and wheelie management.
If you want to know more, you can visit MV Agusta’s website. There you can reserve your bike, which starts at 21,000 Euros and comes with a three-year warranty with professional servicing.
