God, I love mopeds and I don’t understand why more of them aren’t around. There are plenty of vintage mopeds, but not many new ones in the U.S. If you look abroad you’ll find some good ones. If you need pure utility, payload capability, and simple mechanics, the TVS XL100 Heavy Duty stands out as a world-class workhorse moped.

Are There Other 100cc Motorcycles?
Yes, but most of those you’ll find on sites like Alibaba and Amazon are from questionable sellers. There are some other ones out there from various Chinese manufacturer’s but they’re going to be hit or miss.
What I’ll say about that is that they are cheap, and if you want to blow your money, then go for it. It will be a fun and silly motorcycle, but likely not a very good bike.
You’d be better off going down in displacement and buying a 50cc scooter or going up in displacement to 125cc motorcycles, of which there are several very good motorcycles.
