There’s something special about custom desert sled motorcycles and this Triumph TR5 Trophy by Blitzkrieg Machines is no exception.
It’s a bike that makes me want to find a remote, sandy desert and ride until I’m out of gas and energy.
The bike is from 1955 and has undergone a transformation at the hands of Blitzkreig Machines.
Despite this transformation, the builders took the time to keep the integrity of the original design. In its previous life, the bike was outfitted as a chopper now it’s a desert sled, and arguably more handsome than ever before.
