MV Agusta Teased It at the Lucky Explorer Project
MV Agusta is looking back to its Dakar Rally days with the Cagiva brand and looking forward to the future with the possibility of its own adventure Dakar-inspired machine.
To kick things off, the brand announced the Lucky Explorer Project—”a multi-faceted initiative aiming at gathering the passionate lovers of rally raid and off-road racing around Schiranna’s unforgettable legacy of epic participation and victories in the great African rallies of the golden age. “
In the same announcement for the Lucky Explorer Project, MV Agusta announced the two coming motorcycles.
Little was said about them at this point, but more will obviously come. In the meantime, you can sign up to be a Lucky Explorer Ambassador. This will give you the opportunity to comment and post on the company blog and get early info about upcoming products.
Timur Sardarov, CEO, MV Agusta Motor S.p.A., commented: “I am excited about the launch of this very special project. The Lucky Explorer concept is not just about bikes, it’s about a comprehensive world of emotions, memories, values and a way of being. A long-awaited return for all the fans of Made-in-Schiranna, but also a new beginning and a leap into the future: no matter where life takes us, we know where we’re from.”
I’m excited to see MV Agusta getting into the adventure bike space and looking back to Cagiva to do it. I have a feeling exciting things are to come.
