Kymco will have electric motorcycles soon, called the RevoNEX and SuperNEX. Recently, it came out that Kymco and LiveWire (yes, from Harley) would be partnering for these new bikes.

RevoNEX and SuperNEX Should Be Pretty Cool

This shouldn’t come as too big of a surprise. The companies were already connected for the development of the LiveWire S3 models, so flipping the script and making a Kymco on the same platform is actually totally cool.

My guess is Harley fans won’t like this, but you know what? It sounds like a great idea to me.

When Kymco first revealed early versions of these bikes at motorcycle shows in 2018 and 2019, it was a little tough to tell what was going on because of bodywork and panels and whatnot, but there are some patent drawings and things out there showing some specifics like a Type 2 AC charging socket and the naked and sportbike shapes of the two machines.

More interesting details will likely emerge as we get closer to the release of these new bikes. It is unclear if the bikes will feature the LiveWire S2 or S3 platform, but
