Indian Motorcycle knows electric motorcycles will be the way of the future, and to get in on the action early, it’s worked with e-bike manufacturer Super73 on the eFTR Hooligan 1.2 electric bicycle.
As you might expect, this isn’t really much of a legit motorcycle. But the future of electric bikes (both motorcycles and e-bikes) is going to be one that’s merged together.
So what does this bike really offer? Let’s take a closer look.
A Moto-Inspired Electric Bicycle – The eFTR Hooligan 1.2

Utilizing the SUPER73-S2 platform, the eFTR Hooligan 1.2 electric bicycle features moto styling, inverted front forks, motorcycle-style handlebars, an LED headlight, and aggressively treaded tires.
“No other electric bicycle brand has defined itself as vividly as SUPER73. Its moto-culture DNA and outgoing, adventure-seeking passion for two-wheels make them the ideal partner for Indian Motorcycle,” said Ross Clifford, Vice President of Parts, Garments, and Accessories at Indian Motorcycle.

The bike is built for recreational sport use and urban transportation. It features 20-inch wheels, disc brakes, and a 960-watt-hour removable battery. That battery delivers up to 40 miles of range at 20 mph in throttle-only operation. With the pedal assist, you get up to 75 miles of range. Top speeds all out can exceed 28 mph in the top mode.
That’s pretty good for a budget-priced machine. This bike comes with a $3,999.99 price tag. You don’t need a motorcycle endorsement to operate the bike.
You can buy the bike at an Indian Motorcycle dealership or online at Indian’s website.
