Small-time British bikemaker, Herald has a new model called the Brute 500 and it looks killer.
Herald has imported bikes from China to the UK for about 10 years, but according to Motorcycle News, the company is now producing motorcycles on its own. Its latest reveal is the Brute 500 pictured above. Details and photos are scarce, but I like what I see so far.
Herald’s Biggest Bike Yet
The bike gets a 449cc single-cylinder engine that makes over 42 horsepower and a 6-speed manual transmission. According to Motorcycle News the bike bets adjustable front and rear suspension.

The Brute 500 will be the company’s biggest bike. It has a slew of other little two-wheelers that range in displacement from 125cc to 379cc. All have a retro aesthetic and are honestly cool little bikes.
There’s no chance of the company selling them stateside at the moment. So if you want a cool retro bike from a different kind of company in the U.S., I suggest you look to Cleveland CycleWerks.
