Alright, let’s talk about a motorcycle that decided to trade in its fun-loving nature for a scrapper’s edge. This is a custom Ducati Scrambler, a street brawler with a touch of café racer style, born from the precision-minded folks at the German workshop RF-Biketech.
They were commissioned by a Ducati dealership to take that playful factory bike and give it a serious, menacing attitude.

They didn’t mess with the engine—they knew the heart of the beast was strong enough—but instead focused on radical changes to its very bones. They crafted a single-sided swingarm kit and a shortened rear frame, both designed and built in-house. And the most striking feature? That colossal, wide 240-section Pirelli Diablo tire, hugged by a set of custom-made, three-piece spoked rims. It’s a bold statement, and one that gets the job done.

Up front, they kept the original forks but bolted on their own CNC-milled triple trees, giving the front end a serious, purposeful look. Clip-on handlebars, an aggressive mudguard, and integrated lighting all contribute to the bike’s new posture.
It’s a testament to the workshop’s self-sufficiency, as they made most of the parts themselves, from the clamps to the bodywork. A custom seat balances comfort with the aggressive stance, and while the stock tank was kept, its look was transformed by a new paint job and a MotoGP-style carbon exhaust can that speaks with a heavy Bavarian accent.
The final result is a Ducati that’s been engineered with German precision, proving that a little bit of custom work can completely change the character of a machine, and make it ready for a fight.
