New Looks, New Equipment
The XZ-6R retains its 636cc in-line four-cylinder engine. An engine that edges out the displacement of its competitors.
For 2019, Kawasaki added new twin LED headlights, a LED taillight, and additional styling tweaks. It also has improved emissions (Euro4 compliance), better gear ratios, updated digital instrument cluster, and a Kawasaki Quick Shifter.
The bike also has a Power Mode selector, Kawasaki’s traction control three-mode system, and intelligent ABS (for those who pay for it).
The biggest news is that the company slashed the price considerably. The XZ-6R now costs just $9,999. That’s fewer dollars than its main competitors.
