Kawasaki and Ducati are the big names in the news this week.
It has been a big week for motorcycle news from the Ducati Streetfighter being revealed to the new Indian Motorcycle’s engine. However, the thing that stood out to me the most about was neither of these stories. Kawasaki unveiled two new bikes and Ducati put out a new Panigale V2.
I write motorcycle news for Web Bike World, and the stories below are my favorite for this week.
1. Meet the Kawasaki ZX25R
This could be the world’s most powerful 250cc motorcycle. Thie bike gets a four-cylinder 249cc engine and is likely a crazy screamer of a sportbike. It will go on sale in Indonesia first and hopefully make it elsewhere in the world.
2. The 2020 Ducati Panigale V2 Breaks Cover
This bike was rumored and spotted. Now it’s a real deal thing. The Baby Panigale as it’s known has a V2 engine (it’s a V-twin but Ducati has to be special) and all the sexiness of the Panigale sportbike.
3. Kawasaki Revealed the Z H2
Yep, it is a supercharged naked bike. It’s the Z H2. After teasing the bike several times ahead of the Tokyo Motor Show, Kawasaki has officially revealed the motorcycle.
