At the end of the week, I like to take a look at the motorcycle news stories out there and do a motorcycle news roundup.
This week the top three stories are from Honda, Ducati, and Harley-Davidson.
Without further ado, let’s dive in.
Honda Working on Mind Reading Tech
Honda is working on tech that would connect man and machine. Basically, you would be able to control your motorcycle with your mind. While still in its infancy, but Honda filed a patent and is calling it BMI or Brain-Machine-Interface. The hope is to provide better control and prevent crashes. The images in the patent, though are for wheelies, so I think Honda has some fun stuff in mind, too.
The 2021 Ducati 950 Monster Is Here
Ducati revealed the new Monster for 2021. It’s the 950 Monster and is based on the Supersport 950. It’s the most powerful and lightest Monster out there and should be a friggin blast to ride. Ducati did it right for 2021.
Harley Davidson Custom 1250 Arrives on the Website
Rumors of a Custom High-Performance Harley-Davidson model have been swirling for a while now. Then a new bike showed up on the Harley website. Harley has a new page for the Custom 1250. It will have a lot in common with the Pan America, but be tuned to be a super tough and fast street bike. It’s an exciting machine.
