Rev’It! sent out an email recently about its new Rev’It! Liberty H2O heated gloves, and I have to say they look pretty great. These gloves offer protection, comfort, and a strong heating element that will keep you warm on the bike even when temperatures drop considerably.
The Rev’It! Liberty H2O Heated Gloves are a Great Option for Winter Riding
Designed specifically for motorcyclists, the Liberty H2O heated gloves feature a Thermotronic technology system that will keep your hands at 33 degrees Celsius, according to Rev’It! That’s about 91 degrees Fahrenheit.
The good news doesn’t end there, though. That heating system offers four different levels of heating with the lowest mode offering up to 6.25 hours of heat. The gloves take between 4 to 5 hours to fully charge.
If the gloves are not used for 30 minutes they will enter a “smart power save mode” that will save your battery power for when you actually need it, which is an excellent feature.
The heating element isn’t the only thing to get jazzed about. These gloves offer a softshell 3L and goat leather outer shell construction, hard-shell knuckle and Temperfoam and TPU protection, Hydratex|Z-liner waterproofing, and Exkin Platinum and PirmaLoft Gold 200g insulation.
Overall, these appear to be an excellent choice if you’re going to be riding in cold weather.
