A New Ducati Diavel Is Likely Coming February 13

New Ducati Diavel

Ducati loves a good mystery, and this time, the plot thickens with a teaser for a February 13 reveal. The video teaser serves up a stormy sky, moody lighting, and a tagline dripping with drama: “True power belongs to those who rise to meet it.” Not exactly a spec sheet, but Ducati has never been one to hand over the full story before the curtain drops.

The biggest clue? A note sent to journalists describing a machine that blends “a bold, unmistakable personality” with Ducati’s performance pedigree, paired with the episode title: Feet Forward. Head Turning. That phrase alone practically screams XDiavel V4.

Get Excited for a New Ducati Diavel

The XDiavel was last seen in 2023, and when Ducati gave the standard Diavel a V4 upgrade, its foot-forward sibling was conspicuously absent. The timing seems right—Ducati wouldn’t leave the power cruiser segment hanging for long.

But let’s not jump to conclusions just yet. That feet forward bit? It doesn’t just apply to cruisers. Motocross riders stick a foot out in the dirt, and Ducati has already confirmed the Desmo450 MX is headed for production. Could we be looking at the first dirt bike to get a Ducati-style teaser campaign? Maybe not—the rolling storm clouds don’t exactly scream motocross, but a surprise off-road entrance wouldn’t be the strangest thing Ducati has done.

Then there’s the wildcard: electric. Ducati’s MotoE program has been gaining steam, and a cryptic URL ending in V22O/light has fans scratching their heads. Ducati’s internal codes tend to follow a pattern, and this one is eerily close to the MotoE racer’s V21L designation. A lighter, production-ready electric Ducati? Now that would turn heads.

One thing’s for sure—Ducati knows how to keep us guessing. Whether it’s an XDiavel V4, a dirt-ready Desmo450, or something completely out of left field, the full picture will come into focus on February 13. Until then, speculation is half the fun.

Keep an eye on the Ducati website for more info, and I’ll also be posting about the bike when it comes.
