Check Out the Triumph TF 450-RC

2025 Triumph TF 450-RC

Well, it was teased, and now it’s here. Enter the Triumph TF 450-RC, their latest 450cc motocrosser, named after the GOAT himself, Ricky Carmichael. This isn’t just a sticker-and-name collaboration either—Carmichael was in the trenches, helping design this machine to rip through tracks. Coming to a dealership near you in February, this beauty will set you back $10,995.

The Triumph TF 450-RC is a Ricky Carmichael Special

For power, you’ll find a 449.5cc Single with a bore and stroke strikingly similar to KTM’s 450 SX-F. Triumph isn’t dishing out horsepower figures yet, but they’re boasting class-leading power-to-weight.

The engine’s got some fancy footwork going on, like DelWest titanium valves and a diamond-like carbon coating on the rockers to keep things running smoother than your best Sunday ride.

Ricky Carmichael had a hand in the Triumph TF 450-RC.

But it’s not just power. Carmichael’s handpicked tweaks to the engine mounts help balance control and stability, especially when you’re pushing hard into corners. Plus, KYB suspension on both ends ensures you’ll be floating over those bumps, with over 12 inches of travel. Braking? Brembo’s got that locked down, partnered with Galfer rotors for solid stopping power.

Throw in selectable maps, traction and launch control, a hydraulic clutch, and an optional Akrapovič exhaust, and you’ve got a bike that’s as refined as it is raw. The 2025 Triumph TF 450-RC isn’t just a ride—it’s a shout to the racing elite, with Carmichael’s stamp of approval right on it.
