If you weren’t on an Aprilia RS 660 Factory in the 2024 MotoAmerica Twins Cup, you were chasing a shadow. Alessandro Di Mario, just 15, dominated on the RS 660, leaving Yamaha and Suzuki trailing behind.
Aprilia, tasting victory, isn’t about to let go of the crown and has rolled out a refreshed RS 660 Factory for 2025 to seal the deal.
The Aprilia RS 660 Factory Takes Things Up a Notch
The 2025 RS 660 Factory comes with a five-horsepower boost, bringing it to 105 hp, thanks to larger 52 mm throttle bodies that also help it meet Euro5+ emissions standards. And this isn’t just a power game—fully-adjustable 43mm Öhlins NIX30 forks and an STX 46 shock give this bike the high-end suspension that sets it apart from rivals like the Yamaha R7 and Suzuki GSX8-R.
Electronics are top-notch, with everything from Launch Control to Cornering ABS, plus Aprilia’s signature bidirectional quick-shifter and a six-axis IMU. Throw in the new winglets and the sleek “Dark Banshee” colorway, and you’re looking at $13,999 for a tech-laden machine that’s ready to fly into 2025.
A base model RS 660 sportbike will also arrive in March, at $11,649, with the same horsepower but KYB suspension. Check it out at the Aprilia website.
