Electric Motorcycle Company LAND Is Ready to Start Production

In an email, Scott Colosimo, CEO of LAND, stated that the company is ready to start production of its electric motorcycles.

This is very good news. I’m a huge fan of LAND and Scott’s. His former focus was Cleveland CycleWerks, but now he’s all-in on LAND.

Production will happen right here in the US. In Ohio, to be exact. The company secured funding to make this happen.

Vance & Hines Creates an Exhaust for the Harley-Davidson Pan America That Doesn’t Look Ugly

Vance & Hines recently released a new exhaust system for the new Harley-Davidson Pan America adventure motorcycle called the Adventure Hi-Output 450.

Typically, I’m not one to bash stock exhausts, but dang it if Harley doesn’t make uggo of a stock exhaust for the Pan America. So, the news of Vance & Hines stepping in to put this misery away is very good news.

This slip-on exhaust not only gives Pan America riders a way to get rid of an eyesore, but it also puts Vance & Hines into the adventure motorcycle segment for the first time.

Kawasaki Is Working on a Hybrid Motorcycle With an Electric Supercharger

Kawasaki and supercharged bikes are nothing new, and rumors of a hybrid motorcycle have been swirling for a while, but now it seems Kawasaki will marry the two.

The company trademarked “E-BOOST” for various uses including hybrid and electric motorcycles. Now, electric bikes wouldn’t need a supercharger, but a hybrid bike could utilize an electric supercharger.

The world is getting weirder, and Kawasaki is on the cutting edge. I love the idea of a hybrid bike with a supercharger.
