It’s the company’s first try in the adventure segment, and from what’s out there, it sounds like a hell of a bike.

The Harley-Davidson Pan America is a Good Large Adventure Bike
Spurg’s verdict is that the Harley is legit. It’s a serious force in the large adventure motorcycle market.
While I can agree with that I think in some ways, Harley yet again missed the boat. The focus on adventure bikes lately has been on the middleweight bikes, the 790s and 800s of the range. So, this bike feels just a bit behind the curve. Still, there’s a huge market for these, and Harley seems to have a true contender.
