These are the Best Honda Motorcycle on Sale Today
There’s a long list of motorcycles for sale from Honda these days. The company has a robust lineup. But what are the Best Honda Motorcycles of 2020?
I wrote about that lineup at another site I contribute to and have had firsthand experience with Honda’s bikes. I feel pretty good about saying what are the best motorcycles from Honda this year. Here they are:
1. 2020 Honda Gold Wing
How could I not put this bike in the number one spot? The Honda Gold Wing is, in my mind, the Honda to have. Yes, it’s big and not everyone wants a big touring machine, but if you want something like this, the Gold Wing delivers and will run forever with little troubles. The bike is also more of a performance motorcycle than you might imagine. It’s worthy of your attention and dollars.
2. 2020 Honda Africa Twin
Honda updated the Africa Twin for 2020, and it made the already good motorcycle even better. It increased displacement improved the components and this bike is now more than ready to take on any adventure. If you need a true dual-purpose machine that can take you to the ends of the earth and back, this is the bike to get.
3. 2020 Honda Rebel 500
Honda’s new version of the Rebel has been out for a couple of years now and the bike has earned a fair amount of street cred. The motorcycle is a fantastic design that’s easily customizable, but if you’re going to get one, the 500 is the way to go. I bought the 300, and it’s fantastic, but the 500 will have a bit more power and be more highway capable.
4. 2020 Honda CB300R
The Honda CB300R is the bike to get if you want a 300 from Honda. While some will point to the Rebel of the CBR, the CB300R is the bike to get. The naked design makes it a fantastic commuter, and it’s also sporty enough to tackle your favorite curvy road in all the best ways possible.
5. 2020 Honda Super Cub 125
In my mind, this is the right motorcycle for the vast majority of folks. The dang Honda Super Cub 125 provides good power for around-town riding and handles well, too. The Cub is the motorcycle that changed the world, and Honda has sold more of these things than any other bike ever. While some would want to see the Honda Monkey and Grom on this list, I’d take a Super Cub over those machines any day.
6. 2020 Honda CB650R
The Honda CB650R is part of the company’s Neo-Sports Cafe lineup. The motorcycle blends modern styling and classic styling into one nearly perfect motorcycle. The middleweight engine and power numbers paired with the naked design make it a wonderful everyday motorcycle. It’s sporty and fun without being too hardcore.
7. 2020 Honda CRF250L Rally
Honda has been selling fantastic dual-sport machines for decades now. The Honda CRF250L Rally is a perfect example of this type of motorcycle but with a Dakar-styled twist. The updated styling give this bike much more attractive lines than the standard CRF250L and make it a little more comfortable thank to the windscreen and bodywork updates.
8. 2020 Honda CBR500R
The 2020 Honda CBR500R is a killer bike for just about anyone. I think it’s a better beginner bike that its smaller sibling because it offers more power, but it does so while not making the bike too powerful that you’ll be destined to do something stupid. At the same time, there’s plenty of bike here for the seasoned rider who just wants a darn good sporty motorcycle.
9. 2020 Honda CBR600RR
The Honda CBR600RR puts the super in supersport, that’s for sure. The motorcycle is a hardcore sporty machine and it’s one of the best out there at this displacement. Personally, I go for something a bit more relaxed but for the sport rider, this bike is pure bliss.
10. 2021 Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP
Okay, Okay. This is a 2021 model, but it’s awesome. This, the CRB1000RR-R Fireblade SP, is the sharp end of the stick for Honda. The motorcycle company has a real winner in this machine. Over 200 horsepower from a four-cylinder engine and it’s lightweight and it is as hardcore as you’re going to find from Honda. Are there more hardcore bikes out there? Probably but it’ll be a damn close race.
