5 Best Classic Motorcycles to Customize

Something I’ve been asked more than once is, “what are the best classic motorcycles to customize?”

I usually tell people the first thing they need to do if they have a classic motorcycle is to learn how to maintain it in its stock form. Then they can think about customization.

There’s nothing wrong with having a stock motorcycle. However, I completely get the appeal of a customized motorcycle. It allows you to put a personalized touch on your own machine and is quite clearly an art form. If you’re looking for a good bike, I have the list for you.

5 Best 800cc to 850cc Motorcycles You Can Buy

Not long ago I called 650cc motorcycles some of the best out there that you can buy. I stand by that, but if you feel you need a little more oomph at the twist of a wrist and a slightly larger engine size, I’d suggest going with something between 800cc to 850cc.

This is another sweet spot in the motorcycle industry. There’s plenty of power, the bikes are still relatively lightweight, and you can find them for good prices, especially on the used market.

With all that said. Here are my to picks for 800cc to 850cc motorcycles.

A Unique Racing Sportbike in the Suzuki GT750S
