How to Find an Indian Motorcycle Near Me

Indian Scout Motorcycle

Sometimes it’s the simple things that stump you. Like how to find an Indian Motorcycle near you.

You might think that finding an Indian motorcycle will be easy, but ask yourself this, where’s the nearest Indian dealer?

Do you know off the top of your head? I don’t.

Now, this is obviously because I don’t own an Indian, but I sure would like to someday soon, and I’ll need to know where the dang dealership is. So, I decided to outline the easiest way to find one.

A Google Search

If you go to Google and type in “Indian Motorcycle near me, you’ll get a lot of results. The search results will likely look something like this:

you’ll get the closest dealership on the righthand side and some links to Indian’s actual site. There might also be a map at the top of the search results showing where the dealerships are. This is a quick and easy way to get what you need.

Indian Motorcycle’s Website

As you can tell from the screenshot above, Indian’s own website is probably the best place. It’s going to be the most accurate, and Google itself is directing you there. So, I say head there. The webpage for searching dealers will look something like this:

I’m in Indianapolis, so you can see that there are several dealers in the state of Indiana, but if you were anywhere else, you’d simply punch that into the search bar and find the closest dealership.

Various Classifieds Websites

Now for my favorite. The classifieds websites. Obviously, there are things like Craigslist, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace, but I’d direct you to CycleTrader or Rumble On.

The reason being that these sites are just a little more legit. Most of the time, you’ll be dealing with a professional or a dealership and won’t have to do the often super sketchy Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace deal.

Go to any major motorcycle classifieds website, and you should connect with great sellers who have Indian Motorcycle bikes that are absolutely beautiful machines that have been well maintained. I’m not saying there aren’t nice finds to be had on Craigslist, eBay, and Facebook, but you’ll likely have a better buying experience overall.
