Superbike Factory customers still do not have a clear route to their motorcycles or their money after the UK retailer entered administration. A new update from the joint administrators adds one important detail: a third-party funder has collected and stored the bikes caught in the dispute.
The update applies to people who paid for a motorcycle that was never delivered and sellers who handed over a bike without receiving payment. The administrators said the motorcycles were originally expected to remain at Superbike Factory sites while ownership and contractual claims were reviewed.
