This is a custom Honda XR400R, a true “Baja-Style Weapon,” forged by the hands of an Australian builder and content creator known as Prutti. The Honda XR400R, first unleashed in ’96 and revered for its rock-solid reliability long after its 2004 production end, was the perfect canvas.

Prutti’s vision? To craft the “ultimate middleweight XR,” a machine that blended style, nostalgia, and the kind of hard-nosed functionality needed for multi-day expeditions deep into the bush.

Custom Triumph Bonneville T100 by Heiwa Motorcycles

This custom Triumph Bonneville T100, born from the legendary workshop of Japan’s Heiwa Motorcycles. Kengo Kimura, the quiet genius behind Heiwa, is a man known for conjuring both wild showpieces and these delightful, everyday custom machines.

For this particular project, Kimura-san chose an older, air-cooled 2000 model Bonneville T100, packing a 790cc engine. A smart choice, as these are more accessible and perfectly suited for what he envisioned: a true “bar hopper.”

In the heart of Montana, Mike Schroeder—Harley-Davidson dealer by day, eclectic bike builder by night—crafted a machine that could’ve rolled straight out of a neon-lit dream.

Dubbed “The Fresh Prince,” this 1984 custom Honda XL200R scrambler underwent a transformation as radical as a biplane turned stunt flyer. This is a unique custom, even if it might not be everyone’s cup of tea.

Masaaki Fukayama, the visionary behind Vision Design, has transformed the Yamaha TX650—a 1970s parallel-twin once overshadowed by its predecessor’s flaws—into a striking café racer dubbed the “TX650 Mustang.”

Drawing inspiration from the P-51 Mustang fighter plane, Fukayama’s creation marries aviation aesthetics with motorcycle engineering.

MB Design Concept’s Custom Triumph Bonneville T100 Cafe Racer

Marc Benoist’s 2014 Triumph Bonneville T100 cafe racer transformation is a masterclass in blending vintage aesthetics with modern performance. Drawing inspiration from the race bikes of the 1960s and ’70s, Marc envisioned a fully faired design that paid homage to Triumph’s British heritage.

After meticulous planning, he selected GRP fiberglass bodywork from Motoforza in the Czech Republic, which, when mounted with custom hardware, gave the Bonneville a classic racer silhouette.
