Rickman Kawasaki CR1100 Cafe Racer by Paul Gandy

AMA Hall-of-Famers Derek and Don Rickman founded Rickman Motorcycles a while back. The motorcycle you see here was bought by Paul Gandy of the UK in 1990.

Paul used the bike as a racing machine and has been riding it ever since.

The motorcycle was customized to fit his needs, and today it is a well-loved, and well-used cafe racer that looks absolutely killer.

Paul retired the bike from drag racing around 2000 and transformed his bike into the form you see here—a cafe racer.

The motorcycle has a 1075cc Wiseco piston engine that’s air and oil cooled. It also has Yoshimura stage one cams, welded crank, prgrammable ignition, hydraulic clutch, Mijuni TM33 carbs, Dresda swing-arm, Astralite wheels, and more.

BikeBound did a really good writeup on the motorcycle, and I suggest you go there to get all the details and see more images.
