Check Out the Untitled Motorcycles Body Kit for the Zero FXS

Untitled Motorcycles Zero FXS body kit

Zero Motorcycles had the good sense to partner with a UK security firm to embed GPS tracking in their electric motorcycles. The system proved its worth on day one—literally—when two freshly equipped Zeros were swiped from a transport van.

The thieves didn’t even get a morning coffee before the police had them in cuffs. A rare win in the endless war against bike bandits. Enter Adam Kay of Untitled Motorcycles, a man who knows his way around a radical rebuild.

The Untitled Motorcycles Body Kit for the Zero FXS Is Super Cool

Given the battered state of the recovered Zero, he saw an opportunity: a bolt-on custom kit that could transform the FXS into a street tracker masterpiece. The plan? Keep it simple—no arcane engineering degree required, just a drill and some patience.

Kay and his team went high-tech, 3D scanning the bike, designing the new bodywork in CAD, and laser-cutting the panels for precision. The result? A sleek, folded-metal kit featuring a flat-track-inspired tail, a faux gas tank, and a headlight cover sporting UMC’s signature logo. A satin blue paint job from Pro Kustoms sealed the deal, while Dunlop Mutant tires added bite.

Underneath, the FXS remained a riot—94Nm of torque from its electric motor, Showa suspension, and Bosch ABS that switches off when mischief calls. But this wasn’t just a one-off showpiece. If enough riders raise their hands, Kay’s kit could be the start of something big. From stolen and stripped to a street-tracker stunner, this Zero’s story is one worth telling.
