Check Out the 2025 BMW F 900 R and F 900 XR

BMW F 900 XR

BMW’s middleweight marvels, the F 900 R and F 900 XR, are back for 2025 with sharper tech, a diet plan, and Euro5+ compliance.

These bikes boast the same 895cc Parallel-Twin introduced in 2020, but now with a subtle tune-up: 105 hp arrives 250 rpm earlier at 8,750 rpm, and torque nudges to 68.6 lb-ft at 6,750 rpm. The optional Akrapovič Sport exhaust trims 2.6 pounds and adds an extra dash of auditory flair.

The BMW F 900 R and F 900 XR Are Leaner, Smarter, and Euro5+ Ready

Riders get a new Dynamic mode alongside Rain and Road for a sportier throttle feel.

Standard now are lean-sensitive Dynamic Traction Control, engine torque control, and ABS Pro. New 43mm adjustable forks upgrade handling, while Dynamic ESA finally reaches U.S. models.

BMW F 900 R
The BMW F 900 R’s updates make it better than ever.

A fresh battery and S 1000 R-inspired wheels shave 6.6 pounds off both models. The F 900 R sees its ergonomics tweaked for a more aggressive stance, while the XR gains rider-friendly comforts like heated grips, hand guards, and a buffeting-reducing windscreen.

Both models offer dazzling paint options, from Snapper Rocks Blue to Racing Blue/Light White.

Expect these refined rides in early 2025, with U.S. pricing yet to be announced. Learn more at the BMW website.
