Merlin Drax Boots Review

Merlin Drax Boots

If you don’t know Merlin, then you’re missing out on some of the best gear out there and the Merlin Drax Boots are a perfect example of why this brand is so highly regarded.

The boots are some fantastic leather boots that will work on a wide variety of motorcycles from cafe racers and cruisers to touring machines and even some adventure bikes or scramblers. Let’s take a closer look at why these boots are so good.

Merlin Drax Boots Details

As I said above the Merlin Drax Boots offer quite a lot to pretty much any rider. They’re well-made, have the features you should look for in a good pair of boots, and they also look great.

Here are the boot’s details:

  • 2.4mm cowhide leather
  • Waterproof and breathable Hipora triple liner
  • Reinforced heel, ankle, and toe
  • Lace fastening
  • Speed-fastening top hooks
  • Easy-entry calf pull
  • Shifter patch on the toe box
  • Comfort Amara collar
  • High-density rubber sole

There’s a lot to love here with the Merlin Drax Boots. I know they’re not for the sportbike rider, but I think just about every other rider out there could use a simple pair of boots like these. If you’re looking for a good pair of boots for this riding season, I’d suggest pickup up a pair of these. At around $230 they’re an investment, but not wildly pricey.
