Team Green has submitted homologation filings in Australia for a new Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX, including an SE variant. This means the bike will join the Kawasaki Versys 1100 in the company’s lineup for 2025 and replace the Ninja 1000SX.

Kawasaki has submitted homologation filings in Australia for a new Ninja 1100SX, including an SE variant.
The Ninja 1100SX is expected to use the same 1,099cc inline-four engine that was recently confirmed for a new Kawasaki Versys 1100 model. This is good news, as that is truly a great engine.
This new bike will likely have some additional electronic features and special paint schemes compared to a base Ninja 1100SX model. That said, none of that info is available at this time.
Motorcycle.com noted that there could be some other model variations coming, thanks to the info in the homologation filing, including ZX1100H and ZX1100J. It will be interesting to see what those designations are for.
