Father’s Day Motorcycle Gear and Tools Picks

A dad on a motorcycle on Father's Day

Father’s Day is just around the corner and if you want to make your dad really happy, you’ll get him some motorcycle gear or tools.

I took a look at what’s out there right now that might be a good buy for motorcycling dads across the country.

Below you’ll find my recommendations. However, if you think there’s another piece of motorcycle gear or tools that would be better for your dad, I’d say to head over to Revzilla and place an order.

DYNAPLUG Micro Inflator V2 Air Pump Compressor

If you’ve ever had a flat while riding, you know how much of a pain in the backside it can be. The DYNAPLUG Micro Pro V2 Air Compressor is the world’s smallest precision air pump. This means it’s easy to take along for the ride. It’s also ready to pump up your tires at the push of a button so if you do get a flat, all you’ll need to do is plug the tire, and then pump some air back into it.

Stockton Roller Seat With Tool Box

If your dad is the kind of man who likes to do his own maintenance, then the Stockton Roller Seat With Tool Box is the gift for him. It features a heavy-duty steel construction, padded seat with a vinyl cover, sliding drawer for tools, and side-mounted recessed trays for nuts, bolts, screws and the like.

Battery Tender Plus Charger

The Battery Tender Plus is a 1.25 amp battery charger. This charger will not only charge up your battery but maintain it so that it doesn’t degrade over time. There are other chargers (one is included below) but this charger is excellent. It features charging as fast as any 3 amp charger, reverse polarity protection, four-step charging program, and it automatically switches from actively charging to float charging mode.

Battery Tender Junior

If the Plus is too much charger for your needs, then the Battery Tender Junior is likely just right. Simplicity is key here. This 12-volt charger has many of the same features as the Plus but in a smaller package. It’s not quite as impressive of an offering, but it will charge and maintain your battery easily enough.

Trackside Rear Paddock Stand

Having a stand is something that a lot of motorcyclists go without, but I’ll be the first to say these things are super handy. Get your dad one if he’s the kind of guy who likes to fine-tune his bikes. The stand is made of 38mm steel tubing. It has a durable powder coat finish, dual-wheel casters on each support leg, multi-fit support arms, and a retractable handle.
